Last weekend, as usual, our club of sports enthusiasts "Hikers Walkers and Nature Lovers" went on a trail. Gathering Russian and foreigners who love trekking in the forest of Moscow region. Some people are studing English (and other world languages) and want to practise it. And someone arrived in Moscow from another country, want to practise Russian language and find friends in Russia. Weather was perfect for walks in nature - sunny but not hot. The forest and hills around were beautiful. We were talking in Russian, English, German, languages on different topics from the history of Russia, to equipment for trekking. Somebody even spoke Dutch and Norwegian. Our backpacker`s group cross fast river (what calling Moscow, same as the capital of Russia) by large suspension bridge. Then walked for some time for contry side, and then our leader give out an order to stop at lunch. Our group sat down at the edge of forests and large green fields, which grew beautiful spring flowers and we arranged a small picnic. After lunch we walked along the forest paths, several times stopped to rest on the shore of river. Hikers at summer often swimmed in rivers and lakes, but the spring water was too cold for that. In the evening we came to the station, sat on the train and returned to Moscow. Trekking distance that day was about 25 kilometers. All of us were a little tired, but enjoyed. Hiking is a best fitness! )
