Pickup Time & Point: 9:00 Kotelniki metro station in the center of the platform.
Trail: Kotelniki - Belaya Dacha - Silikat - Volkusha ~ 18 km.
Will be possible to swim in the lakes. We"ll have yoga trening.
Dress warm, please. Bring mats and gloves.
Will be possible to join the group at Belaya Dacha in the foot court which is near Ashan under the pederstrian bridge over the highway. The bus №10 departs from Bratislavskaya metro st. at 9:14 (exit to the left from the first carriage from the city center). Go by bus till the last stop.

Train: to Serpukhov departs at 9:02 We will be in the 4 carriage of the train.
Trail: Avangard - Vskhody - Mart"yanovo - Danki - Karpova Polyana - Luzhki ~ 30 km.
We'll come back by bus to the Serpukhov station.
