Pickup Time & Point: in the 4th carriage of the train
Train: to Dubna departs at 9:38 from Okruzhnaya. st.. We will go to Meldino st.
Trail:  Meldino - ferry across the canal - Sestra river - ferry across the canal - Big Volga lighthouse - Swan lake - Lenin - dam - Volga river - Bolshaya Volga station ~ 24 km.   Bathing on the route.

Pickup Time & Point: in the 2th carriage from the train end.
Exspress-train: to Tver departs at 8:42 from Leningradskiy term.st. We will go to Zavidovo.
It is better to buy a round-trip ticket. Queues at the ticket offices.
Trail:   Zavidovo st. — the museum of Spyridon Drozhzhin poet (500 rbl. from the group + 80 rbl. from a person) - the beach on the "sea" — Ascension Church in Teshilovo — Mirny — bus to Zavidovo village - museum and temple complex (1000 rbl. from the group + 250 rbl. from each) - Chernichnaya station ~ 14 km.
Lunch with yourself in an expensive cafe. Bathing for those who wish. You can leave at 8th km by bus after the museums in Zavidovo village. After that the mosquitoes. Late departure by an ordinary train at 20:49. Take flashlights.

Trail:  Semenovskoye - Lopasnya river - source of 12 springs - Chirkovo - Olgino - Privalovo ~ 29 km
Ford across Lopasnya river. Spring.
