Train: to Zvenigorod departs at 9:23 from Begovaya st. we go to the end.
Trail: Zvenigorod - Yubileiny Park - Moscow river - Myasina Gora (view of the monastery) -
- Lutsino - suspension bridge - Solnechnaya Polyana beach - Volkovo ~ 23 km.
Return by bus to Kubinka st. It is planned to have 3 swims in the Moscow river on the beaches.

Pickup Time & Point: at 8:40 in the ticket office of suburban express trains at Výkhino station.
Train: firm. express (with seats) to Ryazán-1 departs at 8:49 from Výkhino station (3rd way, not less than 455 rbl., it is better to buy tickets in advance), we go to pl. 88 km, then turn left, bus 29 from the stop "Platform 88 km" at 9:53 to the stop "Chólokhovo-2". One can take the train to Golútvin (by "Troika" 212 rbl.), departs at 9:00 from Výkhino station (1th way, 212 rbl. by “Troyka”), go to pl. 88 km, then turn left, bus 29 from the stop "Platform 88 km" at 10:48 to the stop "Chólokhovo-2", let's meet at the Chólokhovo recreation area.

Pickup Time & Point: 11:00, Kotelniki metro station (in the center of the hall).
Trail: Kotelniki m.st. - Belaya Dacha park - Bolshoi Lyuberetsky quarry -
- Lytkarinsky quarry (Volkusha) ~ 16 km.
Return by bus No. 348 to metro station Kotelniki. 3 breaks with swimming, no fire.
